Can't login portal. It's showing "incorrect login ID or Password...!!!

Its working now. Check whether caps lock is on when you type password. Still problem persists try to reset your password.

Try in some other browser. Else clear cache in your current browser.

Since PAN number is being the User ID there is no possibility to forget the user ID, She may forgot her password and using some other password. that's y i said to reset the password.

I think the error is occurred in My System. Now, I log-in without any changes (Old Passwords).
