Can send itr-v without showing donation under 80g?

You should send the existing itrv to Bangalore, you can also filed your revised return by claiming deduction u/s 80g and claim the refund

i submitted after due date..... is there any restriction on revised filing? i seen somewhere in article that one can revise the Efile when only if he files before due date!!

 

 

Yes as per rule itr revised return can' t be filed if origional return was filed after due date. But don't worry you may filed the revised return and claim the refund. What'll happen either your revised return rejected or accepted by the ito. if accepted then you 'll entitled for claiming of refund.
