Can sales tax filing be postponed?

In situation where a sale is made and invoice raised to the customer but the payment by the customer would be realised in a month in such case can we avoid efilling the Sales Invoice in the current month, since we havent received the money from the customer and instead submit it in the next month after the invoice receipt is realized.

This is applicable for businesses doing sales on credit basis instead of cash and delivery. Appreciate if some one can clarify if there is any rule given, to submit the efile post the receipt of money from the customer.

Thanks

Dear Jaison,

The credit sales are purely deponds upon the selling person capability. sales depends upon you and purchaser agreement.

it doesnt involve anything like once payment realised the bill will get enforce.

in anycase if you raised the bill you have to pay the vat amount within the time limit  of the month.

regards
