can pvt ltd co become partner in firm, can two pvt ltd co with no other partner form firm

Dear Mr. Manoj,

 Yes, a Partnership Foirm can be formed with all its partnes as Companies, b'coz the Indian Patnership Act, 1932 does not provide any such restriction on the qualification of Partners.
