(A) Service Provider is located in Tamilnadu and the customer is in other parts of nation.
1. Can a Printer Charge VAT to his customer? 2. An enterprise which is getting the printing job done through various Printers/ Presses for his client. In this case, can he charge VAT to his client?
(B) Service Provider is located in Tamilnadu; the donor is in US; end users are in India.
1. Can the Printer Charge VAT to his customer/ donor? 2. An enterprise which is getting the printing job done through various Printers/ Presses for his client. In this case, can he charge VAT to his client?
