Can Labour in an organisation be considered for FBT..?

If an organisation is not paying salary as per P & L A/c but Wages which is paid to labour.....will that organisation be liable to FBT on the basis of labour as there is no other employee in the company...?

Labour paid to whom?

by labour...i meant workers to whom wages are paid...

So if a company is paying wages only and not salary i.e. have workers but not employees...will it be liable for FBT...?

Workers are also employees!

no FBT  fbt  will not applicable

Please refer to definition of workers in Factories Act 1948
