Revision of ITR (assuming that original ITR was filed before 30th Nov) will make original return null and void. Thus it should not matter what particulars you are amending.
So you can, in my view.
Yes, you can revise ITR-4 if original return filed within prescribed time. For AY 2014-15 this date is 30-11-2014.
