Can itc be available on shoes, office equipments, etc.,

Our company is procuring Shoes (Safety shoes to use in Factory and Executive Shoe to use in Corporate Office), Dress Cloths, Water Coolers for Employees to use during office hours. So can we take APVAT tax credit on these items. Please clarify.
