Hi Palash, You will have to see the nature of income if it is business than you will have to file ITR 4 and you cannot file ITR 4S as commission agents cannot be covered under 44AD. If the income is from Other sources than you can use ITR 1. And talking about the quick refund case I think it does not depend solely depend on the form number but it differs on case to case basis. if income is come under 44AD then u can file ITR 4S otherwise file ITR 4 .Remember if you file wrong ITR den you will not "R" of Refund
first check 26AS den claim refund accordingly
