due to some problem i can't join the current batch i want to cancil my current batch or i want that i transfer my batch from panipat to rohtak can any one tell me what can i do now please tell me

No it's not possible through online.. You can visit for regional office they can do

check on website once there is a portal viz. registration portal for icitss which can provide u with the same option or u can ask on helpdesk too .
