Can i sell goods without tin?

hello..,

* I Have just started with bussness as my aanual income is not high I had droped the idea of registering for TIN number.

* I deal in desktop laptops repaire and sale of accessories and network devices.

*I give bills to customers with my name and my home address.

 So my questions are

1. Is it illegal to buy items from dealer and ressele it without TIN?

2. Is it worth to go for tin when my income is not that much?

If you are in Tamilnadu turnover  exempts upto 10 lakhs. 

 

You can sell goods within exemption limit without registering. However, you will have to bear the burden of tax. Also, in some big contracts it's necessary to have registration in TIN or Service Tax. So I think you should go ahead with the registration.

Iam from Goa. What will be the turnover limite?

Shekhar bear burden of tax. can you please ilaborate ? How tin will be benefitial. In India to do anything in govt. offices is like feeding there pockets unnecesserily so I actually want to stay away from this govt authorities as far as possible. 

And what is the exemption limit?
