My company has made revised costing regarding the manufactured goods, but havent submitted the details to the Excise Dept yet. As old stocks are exhausted and new orders being taken, can I raise The Invoice for new rate goods without submitting the details. I will submit the costing details in a few days..
Is there a rule to mandatory submit the Cost Details before selling goods?
This is urgent as my business is getting hampered.

There is no mandatory requirement to submit cost details to deptt.
What cost detail you want to submit?
Cost of production are goods are irrelevant for excise purposes.
The Rate at which goods would be despatched to the Agents/Buyers have changed, beside a new product of a new rate has been introduced. SO should these changes be intimated to Excise Dept?
