I am a retired public sector employee and not getting HRA.I have sold my house and moved to the Flat of my wife (owned by her solely). If I pay the rent for my stay in her Flat. ( We are not coming under HUF), Subject to Rule 11B and submitting Form 10BA can I claim deduction under section 80GG (subject to Maximum of Rs.60000 per annum.)
