Hello previously i started my articleship on 1st august 2008 and that CA didnt registered me for about 2 and a half months then i went to other firm and they registered me from 22nd of october and started attending it on same day.
My 18 months of articleship is finishing on 22nd of april 2010.
my attempt of PCC is in may 2010.
Am i eligible to get three months exams leave and to give exam
Also my principle is calculating my ITT as leave. My itt started from 23rd of nov 2009 and my exam is on 27th of december. i will start my office from monday i.e 28th of dec . But my prnciple says that you have taken leave for which you will have to give one and a a half month more then only he is going to give leave.
Is this justice?
I have not yet finished any of my subjects of study as i have given overtime many of months.
