I've paid medical expenditure incurred amounting to Rs.50,000 for my mom (age 57) as she suffered burning injuries. can i get deduction chapter VI A.??

No you don't get any Deduction under VI A
under sec 80D.?
No you cannot claim deduction of Rs. 50,000 under Section 80D of the Income Tax Act 1961 since your Mom is not a Senior Citizen
can i claim expense as preventive health check up.?
Yes you can claim upto Rs. 5,000 on account of Preventive Health Checkup under Section 80D
what details should i furnish before the IT department.?
No details at the time of return filing
