yes u can take direct admission in ipcc with out clear the cpt because icai issued a notification that after graduation cpt is exmpted .
Yes you can take direct admission but you will need to complete 9 months of articleship (7months if you are attempting in may 13) and IT training before you can appear for ipcc.
