As i'm online seller i missed Jan 2013 total 5 item sales invoice shall i submit those invoice now and pay sales tax. or any other method please guide me

you can submit that invoice and you can pay the tax now.
But only things you should pay the interest for the tax value from jan 2013 to june 2015 for the period of 30 months,
The department levy penalty also,but on your request they will waive the penalty.The tax part and interest part you should pay
