Can i file ITR without PAN?

Quick Summary
Currently, it is not possible to file an Income Tax Return (ITR) without a PAN card. While there's a facility to quote your Aadhar number, you cannot register on the portal or log in using your Aadhar number as an ID at present. The option to use Aadhar as a login ID has not yet been introduced.

Yes, you can file quoting Aadhar Number.

But iam unable to register myself in the portal with out quoting PAN!
