I am registered in vat. I am a whole saler of medicine. FY 16 17 taxable sale return in Composition but mrp reimburse ment stock also held. So clear my concept. In trns1 can I claim in stock excise duty table 7 b and d

If you have stock of goods in hand which was purchased within a period from 01.07.2016 to 30.06.2017, then you can take credit of excise duty if already not taken
