Can i become a ca??

Why should ICAI be concerned where you are studying.....provided u study the syllabus covered by ICAI material.....

And if i pass the CPT exam then do i have to give the IPCC exam in 1 year or i can give it after say 2 or 3 years??

I don't think dere is a time-limit....u can give the IPCC exam after 2 or 3 years I believe....once u clear the 1st group of IPCC, start ur articleship training under a practising CA in India....giv the link for dis query to others....u wil get the answers to all questions
