Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether input tax paid on goods used for manufacturing exempted products can be claimed as a refund. Participants clarify that if the output is exempted, input tax credit (ITC) is generally not available. Consequently, if ITC is not available, a refund is also typically not possible under current regulations.
