Dear all,

I am paying input tax for iputs which are using for manufacturing exempted good, can I claim refund or can not??

If your Output is exempted, you can not avail ITC.

MT Ramaraju.,

ITC not available then how is possible to claim refund...?
If You have any idea or law then please refer to me/others for using that provisions.

If ITC is not available, then refund shall also not available.
