GSTR 1 of financial year 2019 -20 has not been filed.
During 2018-19 financial year B2B has been shown in B2C, so can we now ammend B2C of financial year 2018-19 in GSTR 1 of August 2019-20 ?

See showing it b2b or b2c won't make any difference as such now. As the recipient would not be able to claim ITC
Further provisions does not allow you to amend gstr1 for 18-19
Recepient has already claimed inputs, it's just to be filed properly from our side
