Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether hospitals can claim GST input tax credit (ITC) on advocate fees. While hospital healthcare services are exempt, pharmacy sales are taxable. The consensus is that ITC can be claimed on advocate fees, even if they fall under the reverse charge mechanism (RCM). The recipient of legal services must pay GST to the government under RCM and can then avail ITC, provided they follow rules 42 & 43.

ITC claims are verify by the official any ineligible it will be compounded
You can claim follow the rules 42 &43 .
Please note that advocate shall not raise tax with GST as the services comes under Reverse charge mechanism. Receiver of legal services have to pay GST to government under RCM basis by raising self tax invoice and avail ITC.
Yes you right Mohan ji.
Even if it is reverse charge those rules apply.
