Can hospital claim gst input on advocate fee?

Hello everyone!

can a hospital claim gst input on advocate fee? hospital health care services are exempt but Pharmacy sales are taxable.

So now whether gst input can be claimed on advocate fee or not?

ITC claims are verify by the official any ineligible it will be compounded

You can claim follow the rules 42 &43 .

Please note that advocate shall not raise tax with GST as the services comes under Reverse charge mechanism. Receiver of legal services have to pay GST to government under RCM basis by raising self tax invoice and avail ITC.

Even if it is reverse charge those rules apply.

under RCM the Recepeint is allowed to claim ITC if it is paid.
