I think you are not aware of the market position. This is not the time of leaving a client rather to satisfy them to the much extent possible. Further, these types of clients are not easy to find. Further they say, we will commit mistake, its your responsibility to correct it.

why he wants to add god as partner. For partnership agreement mininmum 2 partners are required and he and his brother are already there. Second thing how he will distribute the profit sharing ratio and how will god bring the capital and some other issure in partnership deep which needs to be taken into consideration.

3rd ..how will be god liable for anythin in partnership\

See creating ledgers in name of god in marwari firms is a different case that is u create a creditor naming a god and u allocate few amount in it and that will stand in your books forever and will be carried forward from year to year..u geetin it wat i mean to say.

actually somebody told him dat god's name can be admitted as partner. I have explained everything to him. but he is still relying on dat somebody's statement and he is still asking if god can be admitted as partner or not.

well very strange..but i dont think that is true rest dunno wat are his grounds on which he can claim dat  god cab be admitted as partner
