Yes... You can Supply if You are already fill/Complete the HSN code details like all 5 lines. If not then Better to add the details and Made supplies.
But as the querist replied that "Can he add it Later on "
Means the querist has not filled all the 5 HSN
First the querist should add the commodity and then can trade the goods.
