Not possible dsc in case of tax audit is compulsory
one client dsc is not registered in income tax portal, therefore, system allows to client accept audit report without client dsc. it is valid?

can allow. allow kar sakta ha
Yes you can approve if your dsc is not registered on the portal. After successful log in, go to worklist option. It will show option to accept even without dsc.
