Can ca student file income tax return?

Recently One of my friend assked me that whether he can file incometax return.basically he is doing articles for full time and he also doing other activitys (blogging ,designing etc..which are actually his intrests.he is doing this work in leasure times and as and when he is free.he also earning money form that activitys which is actually more the 3lak p.a . Now he want to file income tax retun. if he is doing like this and file the return, will it be a problem with institute at the time of giving certificate???

Please clerify

obviously he can file the return. make sure that your parttime job timings doesnot overlap with your articleship hours.

No not at all. he is doing that in eveng times. and are you sure about this?

No ful time engagements are allowed during articles except with prior permission of ICAI through from 112. You can file IT return though. hmm, that does provide evidence in case of an inquiry....

RESPECTED MEMBERS,

I M AN ARTICLE IN A CA FIRM, AND I ALSO HAVE MY OWN BUSINESS ( SELF EMPLOYEED ) OF ACCOUNTING AND CONSULTING. I DO MY PERSONAL BUSINESS WITHOUT DISTURBING THE ARTICLESHIP HOURS, I ALSO HAVE SOME INVESTMENTS FROM WHICH I RECEIVED MONTHLY RETURN.......MY QUESTION IS THAT , CAN I FILE INCOME TAX RETURN.???????

KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS SCENARIO.....
