Recently One of my friend assked me that whether he can file incometax return.basically he is doing articles for full time and he also doing other activitys (blogging ,designing etc..which are actually his intrests.he is doing this work in leasure times and as and when he is free.he also earning money form that activitys which is actually more the 3lak p.a . Now he want to file income tax retun. if he is doing like this and file the return, will it be a problem with institute at the time of giving certificate???
