huh.. m very much confused about marking system of our CA institute....
da subject in which one is sure to flunk is awarded wth Exemption... nd when one is expecting exemption in sum or the other paper... then dat person gets nly 35 to 40 marks... 
the same was done with me in Nov.-10 accounts paper
i also agree wid u friends. now it seems, marking pattern of inst is not faithful. no of many times hard working students are ruined by icai . i had already thought many times abt dat.
it is time 2 do something 2 improve it. i think, we have to protest agst icai collectly. last before few months , i had listened dat icai allowed the students to get their answer books after just make a application. but not implemented as yet.
so at least icai have to give right to students to scrutnise their answer books 2 making himself satisfy and it also helfful for find out our mistakes and 2 improve ourself.
