Does anybody know while finding the 15days salary under the Payment of Gratutity Act 1972,whether it includes perquisites like D.A,bonus,HRA etc.Coz in the singhani's Income tax book it was mention that it wont includes an such allowance but while explaining with an example it includes all allowances while calculating 15 days salary for finding the exempted gratuity value.

olny basic salary ,DA are incleding for the purpose of computing 15 days salary.
