Is it possible to file Annual return (Form20B,23AC,23ACA) without filing Appointment of Auditors (Form 23B) for the financial year 2009-10 and 2010-11. Kindly advice.

Type Z999999 in the SRN of Form 23B field.
Further to above, I may add that Form 20B does not require any data related to 23B.

The last date of filing 23B without fee was 12 Aut 2012. MCA might not accept the form 23AC without 23B SRN
