can a person have two sole proprietership business and if it is posibble then does he need to have two seperate tan no or can he continue with 1 for both the proprietership

As per current principles of Income Tax Act, 1961, 'sole Proprietorship' is not different from the Individual person who is running such business.
Hence, he need not to take two seperate TAN No.
