Can a student fill up the exam form twice ?

I FACED NEAR TO THIS SITUATION

BUT IN MY CASE I AM UNABLE TO GENERATE PDF,AND FORM WAS SUBMIITTED

THEN WHAT I DID IS ,

I PAID AGAIN AND FILLED PARTICULARS CORRECTLY AND SUBMITTED LATEST ONE

AND I GOT REFUND FOR THAT AFTER SOME TIME

okay in your case was like u did a wrong thing in return u get that corrected and refund. 

BUT 
 I am talking about to fill the examination form for the same attempt twice for both the groups and the different centres for the respective groups, can that be possible ? 

Or we can only fill up a form online as this uses our registration number, so can we apply the two examination centres for the same exam for different groups. ??

No we cannot submit exam form twice for same attempt...

The change of exam centre is not permitted, once applied

u can buy n no of forms and fill it with ur wish.. but they ll accept the 1st reached form n they enter data base.. if they got many forms they may cancel all also..

I did enquired with ICAI that submission of two forms for the same attempt and for the respective groups are not allowd. 
A student can only choose ONE centre per attempt(may or november) .
