My father had a retail shop of garments,he passed away last year.My fathers firm is dissolved.In his will he left the shop to me and my brother.Me and my brother want to start automobile accessories business.Since the shop is one only.Can me and my brother operate from the same single shop but with two separate GST registration numbers.One Gst registration in brothers name and another in my name.My brother wants to operate under composition scheme and i want to operate under normal gst scheme.Reason being,Brother will be dealing in tempo spare parts.I will be dealing in two wheeler accessories.HSN code of products is same for tempo and two wheeler spares
