from my point of view you cannot make rent deed backdated as you can't pay stamp duty on stamp paper in back date
Actually the issue is... I took the stamp paper on 23rd June and want to make the agreement from 1st June....
still you cannot make the rent deed backdated as you have paid the stamp duty on 23rd right be logical
Can't we be LIKE, previously it was just an ORAL agreement and now we have Reduced it in WRITING...
