Condition for incorporation of any NGO is welfare of any area, society etc, etc. There is nothing like private. So, NGO can run a coaching center but not private!!
If the Person is having NGO / Society is running. Under which he is running School then there is no need of New Registration. He just go and open Coaching Center under Existing NGO/Society.
If Person wish then Running a NGO is more easy than Trust and Company. Therefore I recommend NGO for any related activities.
