Thank you very much for all your help regarding my Previous problem. I have found a solution and posted it in that Topic.
But I have one more question with concerns me and a lot of fellow CA students I know.
Say for Example, If a Principal is not happy with a Article Assistant (For any reason/ Personal dispute/ etc), Can He/She (the Principal) complaint against the Student/Assistant to the ICAI ?
If yes, then what are the consequences ?

A principal can complain about the article student and can also level the charge of being indisciplined and offensive during the article period. though you will also get a chance to defend yourself but the chances of going the order in your favour will be very less. try to terminate the articleship with mututal consent.
