Are there any specific restrictions under Chartered Accountants Act 1949 or Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.

A practicing CA in India can form a multidisciplinary partnership or LLP with a CS, Cost Accountant, Advocate, or other specified professionals under Regulation 53B. You must ensure compliance with both ICAI regulations and the governing rules of the partner's respective professional institution.
