Can a person have managerial post in two different companies

Hi,

I want to start two different companies with different partners. I have a query regarding the same _

1. Can a person be simultaneously a CEO in two different companies?

2. Can a person be simultaneously an MD in two different companies?

3. Can a person be simultaneously be a CEO in one company and an MD in another company ?

Only in co's subsidiary. Suppose A is MD in Co X and Co Y is the subsidiary Co X thn Mr A can hold KMP position in Co Y also.
