Me and my spouse both are banker and we are looking to setup a retail stores of garment business in my netive location.

I m a CA and currently working at Accenture work from home, i want to enter into partnership firm along with my dad here in my hometown Nagpur. As soon as work from home will get over i will quit my job. Can i do so? Can I do job and enter into a partnership firm simultaneously?
