Can a CS advertise her/his work and solicit clients as per CS Prof. Rules...??
I know about CA Prof. ethics and so a CA cannot solicit work.
But how about a CS...?
Plz clarify on the above issue.

i think the same ethics apply even to a CS and even he cannot advertise work.
