Can a CA with COP alongwith Proprietorship Firm in his name (FRN is avaialble) join a Firm/Company as a full time employee on its payroll??? Is he require to surrender the COP & Proprietorship FRN before joining the firm/company???
OR is it OK if the CA with COP & Proprietorship Firm in his name joins the Firm/Company as a full time employee without surrendering his COP & FRN to ICAI/does not gives any intimation to ICAI about his full time employment but instead during the course of his full time employment, he does not perform any attestation functions or precludes himself from performing any attestation function.
