How will it be professional misconduct? Even I have seen various businesses have an Instagram page. So why would it be professional misconduct if CA Firm has a insta page?

We can assume that yes, but the question here is different: what kind of character will this Instagram page be? It is possible that this will be a news profile where the most current news regarding their product or service will be spoken, but there is a website for such purposes. On the other hand, Instagram is now a fairly popular social network and you can look for new customers here, so this format is quite suitable. It can also be an Instagram store where the company will sell its products and services. The most interesting thing is that for any purpose, companies in Instagram use services to cheat subscribers, for example, something like this https://famoid.com/buy-instagram-followers/ or they are engaged in black PR. They need subscribers so that it doesn't make sense.
