Can a CA firm registered under ICAI membership, change its name under the rules and regulations of ICAI. For eg: Can a CA firm by the name of "Bansal & co.", change its name to "ABC & co.",
Can a firm that is currently in existence in a personal name and wishing to change over to a different name subsequently apply to the Council for approval? Is the a procedure or guidelines provided by the ICAI whereby one can change the name of the firm?
OR Is a name change of this sort barred by the ICAI Rules for its members.?
