Hi Neha, thanks for the update and the link.

Its more a case of internatinal salary being lower than the domestic salary. I mean its not a positive thing. Domestic salary could surprass international salary only bcoz of the low pay offered for international posting and not bcoz of any significant increase in the domestic salary(domestic salary remains almost at the same level as of last campus).
