Campus placement -landmark group - confused !!

Hi Everybody,

I got selected for the Landmark Group - Management trainee( Accounts & Finance ) programme.Where in we are reqd to undergo training in different verticals of Finance ( Strategy & fianancial planning , M&A , Treasury , Accounting , Budgeting ,MIS audit across the group) for a perios of 1 year.After which we shall be absorbed into a suitable position in the company, depending of performance..

Annual Salary - (AED 114,000 = INR 16,87,200 app) + insurance + medical benifits. (NO Accomodation)

I am really confused whether to go ahead with this offer or not , My concern being ...

1. Quality of work which would be given ?

2. Opportunities in India post completion of this Management Trainee programme.

3. Average Annual Salary for CA freshers in a reputed company is abt AED =12000 -14000 AED !

Would really appreciate if i could get some help / advise on how to go about this...

Hey Karan,

I believe it all varies person to person. What you're having the view others may not have.

In a net parlance I'm telling my mind.

One year for a training(only) is quite a big deal.

But you may go for it if you're pretty certain that having completed the training you'll get a suitable(what is suitable varies as I said earlier) salary and position. Okay.

But I personally feel there must be other jobs waiting for you.

If you choose Landmark, you're going to invest a lot of time so be 200% sure before joining.

By the way Could you tell me where was this campus conducted??
