                Its very sad that eventhough u have cleared in two attempts but no shortlisting yet, I dont know what these bl**dy companies are looking for.

Cleared in 2nd attempt...only shortlisted by BEL at Bangalore centre.

Hey friends...has the 2nd shortlisting begun at Bangalore?  Also if u r offered a job by the company then in how many days they ask you to join?
