I wanted to know if some got selected in campus interview and there he or she signed the undertaking
Later when company send them employment contract and if that fellow donot accept the offer due to any reason
Them what is the implications I mean is the candidate is bound to accept company offer on the basis of undertaking signed in campus interview
In undertaking only some details like membership number roll number was written and no as such things were written like I hereby accept the offer...Sort of
