Campus interview problem

             Am trying to pay Campus placement registration fee through online. its continuously saying transaction error. I called the bank and they are saying problem is in Your institute. I dialled delhi no's. no one is responding. my friends are also having d same problem. Can anybody tell me how to rectify it????? help soon pls.
