One tax payer received letter to mail and post for Calling for information u/s 133(6) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 but the same was not updated in online portal under proceedings still the taxpayer need to communicate and how to communicate can you please suggest him

If there is no link available on portal within 15 days of the email received, file reply offline to Jurisdictional ITO.
