We converted one private limited into public limited company. Do not have any specific clause in articles about directors retirement by rotation. We have 5 directors in the company. None of them is MD/WTD. Kindly let me know number of retiring director(s) in the ensuing AGM as per Section 152?

Mention the total number of Directors excluding Independent and Nominee Directors because they would not be included in the total number while calculating the number of Directors liable to retire by rotation.
